Property Valuations for Private Negotiation
There are a number of circumstances which require the valuation of a property for negotiation purposes. This may include business partners buying one another out, buying a family members share of a property or even a separation.
If a valuation is required for family law court, then specific rules must be adhered to and the valuer would need to be instructed jointly by both parties solicitors [see Family Law].
